Studies show that individuals who make time for leisure activities enjoy better mental health and are more resilient towards stress. It's also a chance to step away from everyday life, relax, and hang out with people that we care for.
Due to MEG's generosity, the young families of Elizabeth House will be able to enjoy a number of adventures this year which would not normally be within our programming budget.
